These Terms of Service govern your use of morrowshop.com and purchases from Morrow. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store and eligibility

Morrow operates this online store. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information when placing an order. The store currently accepts orders for delivery to the United States only.

2. Products and cosmetic information

Morrow Cooling Under-Eye Patches are cosmetic products intended to help the under-eye area look and feel refreshed. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual results vary. Product descriptions, images, colors, and packaging are presented as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor variations may occur.

Review the ingredient list and directions supplied with the product before use. Stop use if irritation occurs. Seek appropriate professional advice if you have a known sensitivity, allergy, or medical concern.

3. Orders

Your checkout confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, purchase limits, or an inability to ship to the address supplied. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in United States dollars. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown at checkout before you submit the order. Payment is due when the order is placed and is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. We do not store complete card details.

5. Shipping

Our current shipping terms, rates, processing times, and delivery estimates are set out in the Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Returns and refunds

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Intellectual property

The Morrow name, branding, photographs, graphics, copy, site design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Morrow. You may use the site for personal shopping only. You may not reproduce, sell, exploit, scrape, or commercially use site content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, infringe another person's rights, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

9. Third-party services

The store relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, analytics providers, and shipping services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to their services. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

10. Availability and changes

We may update products, prices, promotions, site content, or these terms. Changes apply from the date posted and do not retroactively remove rights attached to an order already accepted.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Morrow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving a customer of mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
