What is this designed to help with?

It is a cosmetic under-eye patch built around one specific morning problem: waking up looking puffy and tired even after a decent night's sleep. The aim is a cooling, hydrating fifteen minutes that helps the under-eye area look and feel more refreshed while you get ready. It is not a treatment for a medical condition and it is not designed to change the structure of your face.

How do I use it?

Keep the jar in the fridge. In the morning, take out one pair, apply one patch under each eye on clean, dry skin, get on with the rest of your routine for roughly fifteen minutes, then peel off and gently pat in anything left behind. Close the lid and put the jar back. Once per morning is the intended use. Full instructions come with every jar.

Why keep it in the fridge?

Because the cold is a large part of what makes it feel worth doing. A chilled patch is what turns this from another step into a reset you actually look forward to. Room temperature works, it simply is not the experience we are designing for.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Morrow is built on a gentle formula with two featured ingredients: vitamin C and collagen, in a cooling hydrogel designed to be kind to the delicate under-eye area. If you have a known reaction to cosmetic adhesives or hydrogels, check the label first.

When will my order ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on every order. You get a tracking link by email the moment yours is on the way. If anything slips, we tell you before you have to ask.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. Unopened jars can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Because this is skincare, we can only take back jars that have not been opened. See our refund policy.
