It is a cosmetic under-eye patch concept built around one specific morning problem: waking up looking puffy and tired even after a decent night's sleep. The aim is a cooling, hydrating fifteen minutes that helps the under-eye area look and feel more refreshed while you get ready. It is not a treatment for a medical condition and it is not designed to change the structure of your face.
Keep the sachet in the fridge. In the morning, apply one patch under each eye on clean, dry skin, get on with the rest of your routine for roughly fifteen minutes, then peel off and gently pat in anything left behind. Once per morning is the intended use. Full instructions come in the box.
Because the cold is a large part of what makes it feel worth doing. A chilled patch is what turns this from another step into a reset you actually look forward to. Room temperature works, it simply is not the experience we are designing for.
