When will my order ship?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on every order. You get a tracking link by email the moment yours is on the way. If anything slips, we tell you before you have to ask.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Unopened jars can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Because this is skincare, we can only take back jars that have not been opened. See our refund policy.
What is in the jar?
One jar with 40 pairs of cooling hydrogel patches. One jar is 40 mornings. Key ingredients: vitamin C and collagen. The full ingredient list is printed on every jar.
How do I use it?
Keep the jar in the fridge. In the morning, take out one pair, apply one patch under each eye on clean, dry skin, get on with your routine for roughly fifteen minutes, then peel off and gently pat in anything left behind. Close the lid and put the jar back. Once per morning is the intended use.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Morrow is built on a gentle formula with two featured ingredients: vitamin C and collagen, in a cooling hydrogel designed to be kind to the delicate under-eye area. If you have a known reaction to cosmetic adhesives or hydrogels, check the label first.
